Villa Olive tree

Olive tree villa was named after the old olive tree that adorns its garden and is the first in a series of 4 modern villas located on a hill of the small fishing village of Vinišće. This is an ideal choice if you are looking for a relaxing vacation with your family or a group of friends in a peaceful environment with a beautiful sea view and the scent of Mediterranean herbs in the air.

The entrance is from the parking lot reserved for guests only. The path is lighted by lamps and equipped by surveillance cameras.

The beautiful kitchen on the ground floor is equipped with top-quality appliances and everything you might need while preparing delicious meals for family and friends. It is attached to a spacious dining room and a bright living room full of natural light, as well as a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with basic foodstuffs as well as a welcome package. The ground floor holds the auxiliary rooms - a laundry and a storage room.

Enjoy your day sunbathing on deck chairs by the beautiful heated pool and relax with a glass of quality local wine while your housemates prepare meals on the outdoor grill. From the terraces you can enjoy a beautiful bay view, with fishing boats and islands. We kindly ask you to follow the house rules so that other guests can also enjoy their desired vacation. If you want to spend a quiet evening at home, you can beat boredom with free high-speed internet, an Android TV and a selection of board games.

This fully air-conditioned villa has 3 spacious rooms upstairs - the master bedroom with a double bed, a personal safe, a desk and a separate bathroom. The other two share a common bathroom; one room has a double bed and the other has two single beds that can be joined if necessary. All bedrooms are equipped with high-quality beds, thick white damask bedding and silk pillows. In the bathrooms you can find towels made of thick high-quality cotton, shampoo, soap and toilet paper. We provide other small necessities upon request because we are ecology friendly.
