Minimum Stay
The minimum stay is 6 nights.
Check-in
Check-in is from 3 pm to 10 pm. It is necessary to provide an identification document in order to report your stay to the Tourist Board. Tourist tax is included in the accommodation price.
Check-out
Check-out is from 6 pm to 10 pm.
Quiet Hours
Please keep quiet between 11 pm and 8 am.
Parking
Parking is free, lighted and covered by the surveillance camera.
No Smoking
Smoking inside the building is not allowed.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
No Parties
It is not possible to hold bachelor/bachelorette and similar parties in this facility.
Arrival Time
Please let us know of your expected arrival time in advance.
Security Deposit
A deposit of EUR 300 is required in case of damage. The deposit will be returned to you in full after inspection of the facility upon departure. Any damage will be deducted from the deposit amount.
Personal Belongings
Please take care of your belongings at the facility. We are not responsible in case of missing items.
Pool & Safety
Please mind your behavior in the facility and its surroundings, and in the case of an accident, you are responsible for the consequences. Additional facilities such as the swimming pool are not under supervision and you use them at your own risk.
Maximum Occupancy
The number of guests in the accommodation must not exceed the maximum allowed number.
Home Security
Please lock the front door of the villa while you are in the facility. When leaving, be sure to lock the doors and close the windows, close the parasols, turn off the lights and all electrical appliances, and turn off the water.
Access in Your Absence
We have the right, in your absence, to enter the facility in order to prevent possible damage or danger. We will inform you about entering the facility.
Care of the Property
It is forbidden to destroy furniture and equipment and to disturb other guests. If installations, furniture, devices or other accommodation equipment are lost or damaged due to fault, you are obliged to inform us and compensate for the damage.
Prohibited Items
It is not allowed to bring weapons, explosives and easily flammable materials into the facility.
Extra Equipment
The use of equipment and devices that are not an integral part of the accommodation is permitted only with our consent.
Before You Leave
Before leaving, please leave the place tidy. Appliances must be turned off and furniture must be in the same position as it was when you arrived. There are separate waste containers in front of the villa, so please separate the waste in the designated containers to preserve the environment.

Children of all ages can stay in the facility.

A child up to 2 years of age can only use a cot.

Does the villa have private parking?
Yes, private parking for guests is located in front of the entrance to Blue Horizon villa. The parking lot is under video surveillance. There is an additional unpaved parking lot for guests on the adjacent plot and along the access road.
Is the pool heated and is it shared with other guests?
Each villa has its own separate heated private pool.
Is it necessary to bring your own towels?
No, the villa is fully equipped with bath/shower and pool/beach towels, as well as bed linen.
Does the villa have a baby feeder and a crib?
A crib and a feeder can be obtained on request and without additional charge.
Does the villa have a coffee maker?
Yes, there is a Julius Meinl espresso coffee machine and a Bosch filter coffee machine. The first cup of coffee is included in the accommodation price, all subsequent refills are charged.
Does the villa have a washing machine/dishwasher?
Yes, the villa has a separate room with a washing machine, iron and vacuum cleaner. There is a dishwasher with detergent in the kitchen.
Does the villa have a barbecue?
Yes, the villa has a Weber electric grill on the terrace with all accessories for maintaining the grill and preparing food.
Are COVID-19 disinfectants available in the villa?
Yes, in the villa we adhere to all general and hygienic measures to protect against the COVID-19 virus. We provide guests with protective masks and disinfectants with a declared virucidal effect. All employees who enter the accommodation units (cleaners, maintenance workers) use protective masks and gloves.
Is cleaning and maintenance included in the price?
Yes, maintenance and cleaning services are included in the accommodation price.
How often is the pool cleaned?
Major cleaning of the pool and replenishment with maintenance products is done on Saturdays. A pool cover is available in the villa, which you can put on if necessary to maintain the water temperature if the outside temperature suddenly drops during the night. In the morning, the bedspread is just as easily rolled up and stored in the storage provided for it.
Is it safe to drink tap water?
Yes, tap water everywhere in Croatia is healthy and of high quality.
Is it mandatory to give an identification document to the host upon arrival?
Yes, upon arrival the host will need your documents in order to scan or take a picture of them and register you as a guest at the tourist office. Your personal documents will not be taken. Tourist tax is included in the accommodation price.
How far is the nearest beach?
The nearest beach is around 700 m (0.4 mi) away. The villa is located on a hill, so we recommend taking a car (5 min).
Where can I get groceries?
It is possible to buy basic groceries in small local shops in Vinišće. Freshly caught fish can be found early in the morning. Marina, which is 7 km (4.3 mi) away, has a similar basic offer. Larger fishmongers, markets and supermarkets are located in Trogir, which is 20 km (12.4 mi) from Vinišće.
What facilities are available in Vinišće and Marina?
In Vinišće and the neighboring Marina there are numerous tourist accommodation facilities, shops, nautical marina, post office, tourist office, boat rental agency, church, school, kindergarten, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, beaches, a soccer field and children's playground.
Is transportation from/to the airport included in the price?
No, transportation from the airport is not included in the price. On request and for an extra charge, we can organize transportation from/to the airport. We definitely recommend renting a car. The villa is located on an elevated site and are a secluded relaxing oasis, therefore a car is required to access most of the facilities and to fully experience this area.
